Coveram Causing Headaches

Coveram contains the active ingredients Perindopril and Amlodipine.

And the very mechanism of action of these medications means they can cause headaches in some people, because they generally dilate the blood vessels to improve blood flow.
And yes, such side effects should wear off in about 4 to 6 weeks, after your body adjusts to the medications.
