Please be frank and tell me whether the coveram 5/5 drug affects the libido or not?

Yes, libido issues can be a normal side effect of most blood pressure, and cardiac medications, according to the NIH, along with nausea, dizziness, headache, and increased urination.

There are other medications that you can try, you may want to ask your doctor about them.
