Have you tried checking with the manufacturer?

Sometimes they only provide such coupons while a medication is new and/or there is no generic equivalent on the market.

It is manufactured by UCB Inc. They do have a contact form on their website at ucb.com, I'd provide the phone number, but their headquarters is in Belgium.
