Could I Have Been Pregnant?

I went to the clinic a week after my periods an I had the 1st injection (nur-istrate) after a week I experienced some meat coming out every morning when I pee, so I went back to the clinic hey told me that its some membrains .I couldn't believe it .what they did is,they never checked me before when they were injecting me ,they neglected that ,was I pregnant and would it impact on me falling preg again?
