The FDA lists Daliresp as being most commonly used to treat COPD. The typical side effects may possibly include diarrhea, weight loss, dizziness, muscle spasms and sinusitis.

My husband took his first dalirep today for C o p d. Although his pulmonary specialist told him to take one daily. He is thinking of starting by taking one every other day, because of possible side effects. Do you know if other Doctors start patients by taking doses on alternate days.?
