Cosentyx Treatment

I started cosentyx 3 months ago. After 5 shots in the first month I was 90% clean.. I thought that this medicine was a miracle. Then I started shots once a month and suddenly after 2 months I am as bad as I was before starting cosentyx. I have psoriasis in my feet and hands.. Are there any others with a similar experience? I just don't know what to do...continue or stop the med?

I am similar had five first month 99% clear from psoriasis and lessen pain from psoriatic arthritis then gone to monthly but on second monthly injection but pains are so bad again on oramorph,zomorph,gabapentin and fentynal patches nearly every day so I feel same do t know where to go :(
