help namanpo..5 days na after kme mag sex nan gf ko..di ko alam kung naiwan ba ko sa loob nan ari nya..so safe pa po ba uminum sya nan cortal+sprite??

Actually this method was shared by my former co-worker. so far, I've been using it for 6 months and fortunately its working.
First, it will only take effect if you have a regular menstruation. I mean, you must have ur men's every month, if not, this method is not advisable for the irregs, i know u know what I mean.
