3x a day..
1 pag ka gising+coke. dpat muna ka2in. dalasan ang pg inum ng coke at tubig. bago ma 2log 1 iinumin+coke 1 sa ari ilalagay siguradoin nlka loob..

sa lahat ng nag hahanap ng info about cortal lahat sila nag papalwanag base on their own experience.. ang iba sasabihin effective ang iba hndi the are lot of consequences kung bakit ganon minsan na mimis interpret atinor mali yung infona nagather natin.. base onmy own experience sa partner ko effective yung cortal with shoktung pa. kasi combination na yun ng pag kontra ng sperm ng boy..

ate try muh ung ascorbic acid ung generic lng..inumin muh un 3 days before ung period mo. 1 tablet every hour and drink a lot of water,,dapat mkaubos ka ng 24 tablets sa isang araw..kc aquh 4 or 5 days quh ininuman un bago tumalab..halos 1 weeks na quh delay nun nang magcmula aq magtke ng vit. c. ala nmn side effect un kundi diarrhea lng

tested ko na yung cortal... kahit safe or unsafe period pa... dahil pinaiinom ko ng 1 umaga at 1 sa gabi... at iinom yung girl hanggang magkaroon siya... effective... tested... kahit hindi na magsoftdrinks... it works... pero kapag nabuo na... eh wala ng habol.... basta drink cortal after sex para sure... lalo na hindi kayo nagcacalendar method... kahit iputok pa sa loob... hindi mabubuo... promise... share ko lang experience ko... :) hope it will help everybody...

Yes, effective po sya...gf ko, 3weeks preggy...pina-inom ko ng 4cortals + coke(not cold)[without breakfast and lunch] about 11am, and finally(Thank God)dinugo sya pagka-10pm...but be careful, if you abuse it, there are some internal organs that could be destroy. Use it wisely. There could be a severe headaches after you take some of those cortals.
Note:If you're 1month onward pregnant, please don't try to take some. Because, the baby could have defects when birth.(Try to ask within the planned parenthood centres near your place for a perfect advise and medicines)

Actually this method was shared by my former co-worker. so far, I've been using it for 6 months and fortunately its working.
First, it will only take effect if you have a regular menstruation. I mean, you must have ur men's every month, if not, this method is not advisable for the irregs, i know u know what I mean.
