No, currently there is no vaccine available for Covid 19. There are many vaccines now in development, their efficacy and safety have yet to be determined. Many believe a vaccine will be available early next year.

That is correct, there is no vaccine available, at this time.

However, there are some in the human testing phase, since they have been fast tracked for approval, so one should be available within months.
