Too much of anything can be harmful. I would suggest following the instructions on the packaging to be safe. Usually it would say on the package how long you can take it for before you have to cycle off of it (sometimes they say you can have so many sprays in 24 hours or something of that sort). In any case however, if this is a prescription, I think this is something you'd need to ask your doctor about since all medications effect individuals differently. If this is not a prescription based spray, then likewise it would be best to contact your local pharmacy for further instructions that may not be listed on the medication. Hope this helps!
