i am 52 yr man. I am taking Valparin since last 25 yr. now there is no problem with me when I am taking regular medicine. when i miss the dose i feel uncomfortable.
should I continue valparin or not ? if yes then is there any adverse effecet of long term medication of valparin / pl. inform me.

It is normal to feel some withdrawal type effects, if you stop taking it abruptly, especially since you've been taking it for so many years.
Have you consulted your doctor? They'd be the best person to advise you on whether or not you need to continue taking it.
