Constipation , Loose Motions , Stomach Cramps , Secnil,

I've been getting stomach cramps for a week and a half now . Every time I rush to the washroom waning to pass stools , it's either just too watery or nothing at all. It just gets aggravated post meals . Started ayurved, didn't help . Doc said its giardiasis ,put me on secnil , rabesec dsr which didn't provide complete relief but worsened my constipation. And now has started duphylac. No relief yet . Please advise .

I am suffering from non rotation bowel. Specialist said this is congenital case. The symptoms is always feel to pass motion, constipation, and incomplete motion. Any tablets to alleviate?
