Im 78 with a lot of pain in legs groin thighs. Can,t walk. have arthritis in both hips, osteoporosis, and don,t know what to do. I have tried every otc med there is. Doctor gave me every pres. med there is, even shots. nothing works. He gave me a prescription for 5/325 Norco and it helped a little. won,t give me anymore. I live in northwest in. Is there any Help out there from someone.? TY

Hello, grandma! How are you feeling? I'm very sorry about what you're dealing with.
At this point, I think your best bet would be to consult a different doctor, perhaps a pain management specialist, they are usually more knowledgeable about what will help with pain, and aren't as reticent about prescribing medications to help.
Norco contains the active ingredients Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, it is an opiate analgesic.
The FDA warns that this mediation carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
