Concerta And Bowel Obstruction
UpdatedI would like to know if anyone had experienced any bowel obstruction with concerta. I have been taking concerta for 4 days now and it works very well for me. My concern is that I had intestinal operations 7 years ago and as a result suffer from intestinal norrowing and occasional bowel obstruction. I can't eat any fibre for this reason and my diet consist of easily digested food. Because the concerta tablet does not dissolve and is non-deformable makes me worried.

It isn't a listed side effect according to FDA reports. The typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and insomnia.
However, it may affect you differently, so you may want to discuss it with your doctor to be cautious.
Is there anything else I can help with?
