Concerta And Oxycontin

I take both oxycontin and concerta. I was wanting to know if taking both are too dangerous together?

Have they both been prescribed for you? The FDA warns that they may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, constipation and depression of the central nervous system.
