I went to the E.R. on Sun night for a migraine and they ended prescribing amox/k clav 875/125, 1x every 12 hrs. & flonase spray for sinnitius & something about slanted ear or something to do with ears. Now what my concern is, it is now Thursday and i've taken as prescribed. However since the 2nd day of dosing my symptoms went from (only the doctor noticed them and then treated to) me being miserable with sinuses either running/foamy, to feeling like bees built a hive. & my eyes either water like a faucet or they feel gooey in the inner corners while eyelashes feel like spider legs. Also noticed inside the inner corner of my eye behind the tear duct all through the corner it's reddish with yellow spots. Is this anything that i need to return to my doctor for or will the meds im currently taking eventually cure the problems?

I think it would be best to have these symptoms checked out by your doctor, the issue with your eyes in not a typical side effect of these medications, as reported by the FDA.
It may be that your sinusitis is getting worse, so you may need to try different medications.
Do you have any allergies that you're aware of?
The watery and gooey eyes can be symptoms of environmental allergies.
