Concerned On Dosage Lowered
UpdatedMy doctor reduced my levothyroxine from 125 to 100, because my count is still low. Is this normal?

Hello, EV! How are you?
The dosage does need to be changed regularly, to better balance your levels, so yes, it is normal. You may eventually hit a point where you are on one steady dosage for awhile, or it may need to be changed frequently.
Side effects to his medication may include nausea, dizziness, weight changes, mood swings and hair loss.
Is there anything else I can help with?
