I have been taking reclimet before and galvusmet after breakfast and dinner since more than 2 years. Recently my fasting levels have been ranging between 166 - 225. My diet is restricted only except for parties i go which is not frequent anyway. Am going for a walk also but not brisk. My weight is 68 kgs. which has also gone due to one tablet (pioz) i took previously. Two years back i was 58kgs. Not understanding what to do. Planning to try Ayurveda.

The diet tried by me which lowered my PP blood sugar from 195 to 135 gradually in a year. I take 30 gm of butter with one or two pieces of rusk along tea in the morning only. I don't feel any hunger for two hours. After that I take my lunch reducing the breads to half with salad to fill the stomach. Rest assured, but contains only HDL. My B P also lowered from 170 to 135.
