Common Sides Effect Of Eryko 250

hi I am 5 weeks pregnant n I have vaginal spotting I went to a doctor and he gave me eryko- 250, all I want to know how does it help cause I have been using it for almost 3 days and the spotting does not stop, n I experience stomach pains or cramps after taking it....
