Coming Off My Antidepressants
UpdatedI have recently stopped taking 375 mg Effexor after being on it for the past 10 years. Now I am trying to cease my 45mg Mirtazapine, which I have also been on for 7 years. I have started by halving the tablet 3 days ago and want to know how quickly I can reduce the dosage?
