Combining Primolut N With Tranexamic Acid

I'm on a short vacation with my husband, my period came 18 days after the last period, I started off immediately with 1 tablet of primolut N 3 times daily but I am still bleeding, is it ok to take tranexamic acid as well to stop my period?
