Combination Of Drugs

I had a mild cough so i went to the pharmacy to get some antibiotic... Later to see he gave me 4 tablets (disprin, cobadex, celin and azithromycin). After taking all these now I'm feeling even more worse. For e.g.; increase in body temp, headache and body pain. Is it a side effect or some contraindication of combining all these drugs?

All medications carry the risk of causing side effects. The NIH lists others as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach pain, dry mouth, and diarrhea.

How are you doing, now? Has there been any change? Are these the only medications you take?
