ive type 2 diabeties, recent readings fasting 154* and post lunch 277*, my medical practitioner advised 15 day course of jalra m 50/500 before breakast and glycomet 850 before dinner, what side effects are possible and will this combination work well to contral the diebeties efeectivley.

Those are high readings, so some further treatment is necessary.
Jalra-M contains the active ingredients Vidagliptin and Metformin.
The Glycomet just contains the active ingredient Metformin.
