Combiflam Overdose Effects And Safety

I took several combiflam at one time...i was in tension..thats why i took dis step...please tell me how it might affect my body...and what can i do to reduce its effect on my body..sorry for my mistake..bt plz suggest me something.

I also had 3 combiflame together an hour back in tension....Now m feeling guilt on my mistake...But m not feeling any symptoms and I m perfectly fine ..Should I check with doctor? Is it harmful...Pls reply

My friend has taken 14 combiflam and 4 sinarest together and after that she vomit 5 times. Then she took uninzyme and vomikind afterward vomit stop. But she always feels uneasy in her stomach. Plz let me is this serious or not, if yes please tell me what should I do?
