what is combezide b used for is it for person who suffers from some form of brain damage

Good morning, I am presently taking combezide b tablet for hypertension. Should I continue taking it? What if my pressure gets low should I still take it continually.

I would also like to know what diet should I go on. If I should not take it, I know it has side effect.
