Cognix Plus Tablet Issues

my mother aged 58 taking cognix plus tablet daily as prescribed by doctor. now a days she loose balance while walking. i fear it because of taking cognix plus, she has tinnitus problem and also having giddiness while turning side by side in sleeping.

could u plz advise this matter in urgent?
