Cocaine - Testing (Top voted first)

Recently had a one month binge with cocaine. Stopped April 4th, test due next week, April 17th. Will I pass if asked to submit urine sample?? And, are over the counter drug testing kits results equal to tests used in pain management clinics?? What if I tell them I can't urinate?? What would they do??

Are OTC drug test kits results equivilent to pain management clinics tests? I had a one month + binge with cocaine. I stopped on April 4th and will be tested next Monday, April 21st. I purchased some 10 tests kits and some 1 test kits specific for cocaine. I am pleased to report the readings on both are negative. BUT I am skeptical. Do pain management clinics use this type of test and are the values the same?! Any information would be greatly appreciated. Anyone else have expereince with home kit vs pain management testing tools. Thank you in advance.

I have a dilemma. My wife thinks I smoked crack/cocaine, so 2 hrs later I buy a 12-panel drug test after the accusations and my lines are faint. So that proves I didn't smoke hours ago, correct?
