Hi Jason,
Based on my research, others have identified this pill as Ranitidine (150 mg), from Canada. However, because I cannot verify this for myself, I have also emailed Cobalt Pharma for a confirmation of the ID; and am expecting a reply back from them sometime within the next couple days or so.
Ranitidine is commonly used in treatment of peptic ulcer disease and gastroesophageal reflux disease. Ranitidine is also used alongside fexofenadine and other antihistamines for the treatment of skin conditions such as hives.
