Co-metformin & Metformin Hydrochloride.
UpdatedI have a prescription which reads (360 TAB) Co-Metformin 500mg; Metformin Hydrochloride 500mg.
Does this mean that there is a total of 1000mg in each pill?
Thank you.

No, Co-Metformin is the name of the medication, with Metformin Hydrochloride listed as the active ingredient.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, flatulence, diarrhea, and stomach pain.
Is there anything else I can help with?
