Co Aleva Side Effects

I have a contact allergy and this is the medicine that works for me. Every time I stopped using taking this medicine, the rushes in my hands appeared. Just want to know what will happen if I take this medicine longer than my doctor's prescribed time frame?

I had rashes and the ER doctor prescribed prednisone and cetirizine for 5 days...but my rashes didn't go away so I decided to go to a dermatologist to have my skin checked, turns out I have contact dermatitis..she prescribed me coaleva for 7 days and some lotions and clobetasol for itching, I'm on my 4th tab now. I was wondering if I can opt taking the rest, I'm concerned about the side effects...or maybe take the medication every other day until i complete 7 days? Will i have symptoms of withdrawal?

Co-Aleve contains the active ingredients Ebastine and Betamethasone, it is used to treat seasonal allergies, but since the Betamethasone is a steroid class medication, it can cause some serious complications if used for a very long period of time.

You should speak to your doctor about finding something else that is safe for you to use long-term.

How long of a course does your doctor usually prescribe?
