Clotrim Beta Diprop Cream

My daughter has been using this for 3 days now, I notice that the skin of the wound is cracking and peeling, it also turned dark, is it normal? by the way my daughter had been trying so many ointments prescribed by the doctors those were: flucotisone and antibiotic

Hi Teresa,

Based on my research, some side effects of Clotrim Beta Diprop Cream include: blistering, burning, itching, peeling, dryness, and redness. That means that this cream could be causing your daughter's skin to react.

If it were me, I would discontinue the use of this product until you can meet with your physician. I haven't found any information stating that you shouldn't mix this cream with the other drug you mentioned, Flucotisone, however I'm not sure about the antibiotic you mentioned. Does it have a name?
