Doctor prescribed this medicine in place of Beta-Nicardia Is this medicine is good because it contains Asprin. ## This medication actually isn't used to treat high blood pressure. It is used as a blood thinner and to prevent blood clotting, so it's nothing like the Beta-Nicardia that you were taking. Are you sure it was supposed to replace it, or are you perhaps supposed to take it in addition to the other? Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, stomach irritation and increased risk of bleeding. ## DEh PLATT-CV 20 is Clopidogrel Bisulphate ( 75 mg ) with Atrovastain ( 20 mg ) and Aspirin ( 75 mg ). After my CABG on 09.09.2010, I am taking Clopitab - A 150 Mg daily one after lunch as directed by my Cardiologist/surgeon. Since last week I am going through Arrhythmia (irregular Heart bits - skipping 10 - 12 bits / min out of 80 -90 bits with Blood pressure 130/90 hg/mm) Is it due to the side effect of the following tablets I am taking daily as per the prescription? 1. what does clopidogrel 75 mg tab look like? ## Small , round pill with 41 imprinted on one side. Other side is blank. Pill is orange in color. Manufacturer is AUROBINDO Pharma Pill is not scored. I was given a prescription of small orange round pills with 41 imprinted on one side. Since I have been on generic Plavix (apo-clopidogrel) I have noticed that my bleeding time is almost normal and not long as it was when I took Plavix. Dosage is 75mg a day. This worries me because I have a cardiac stent and don't think that my blood should clot this fast with this drug. ## There can sometimes be some minor fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient in a generic medication.
