Clopidogrel & Pantocid Combo And Statin Drugs

I had quintuple open heart bypass surgery 3 months ago and am currently on the following medication:

Morning:
1. half tab Betaloc ZOK 100mg indefinitely
2. 1 tab Ferrous Sulphate 200mg indefinitely
3. 1 tab Aztor 20mg lifelong
4. 1 tab Pantocid 20mg
Afternoon:
1. half tab Amlodepin 5mg 3 yrs
2. 1 tab Ecosprin 150mg lifelong
3. 1 tab Clopidogrel 75mg 1 yr
4. 1 tab Pantocid 20mg

I was a little concerned about the Clopidogrel & Pantocid combo upon reading the info on Plavix (Clopidogrel) - Side Effects - Research | Wanderings

I am also very worried about the Statin drug Aztor after reading info at Do YOU Take Any of These 11 Dangerous Cholesterol Drugs?

I have had 3 so-called virus infections during the last 3 months. I feel extremely exhausted and have lost a lot of muscle since my operation. All my cholesterol levels are low and full blood and lipid profiles do not suggest any cause for my ill health. After reading the above article on the side effects of statins I am more than convinced that Aztor is the culprit.

Please advise. Thank you in advance.

My cholesterol was never an issue for needing a quintuple bypass surgery. Even presently it is well within the 'safe' parameter. Do I still need to be on Aztor as I think I really do not need to be on statins and would like to avoid unnecessary medication which come with their own side-effects. Thank you in advance for your opinion.
