It's a peachy, salmon, orangish color, round. Found under my 95 year old aunt and uncles bed in their house. It's not their med because I set their meds up, but there are caregivers and a housekeeper. No one claims it. Anyone know what it is?? Thank you. ## Clonidine ## That is correct and to be more precise, it contains 0.3mgs of Clonidine, which has quite a few medical uses, including the treatment of high blood pressure. Are either one of them taking it? The generics received from a pharmacy can vary, so it might be an older pill that they received awhile ago. Is there anything else I can help with?

As the U.S. population rapidly ages, I believe that a tablet's size must be made manageable for increasing numbers of us with arthritis, back and neck problems, myopia, shaky hands, etc. Miniscule pills dropped and lost on household floors require one to stop everything and crawl on hands and knees with reading glasses and a flashlight to find every last sucker --or better still, immediate vacuuming, as they are a lethal menace to infants and pets if left. I was dispensed generic clonidine HCl, 0.1 mg, manufactured by Actavis. This tablet's size is so maddeningly tiny that it's nearly impossible to shake just one from the container and get it into my mouth without dropping it or several more on the floor. Ironically, this med is commonly prescribed for nerve-related motor dy...

I was recently diagnosed with severe high blood pressure. I went to a new doctor since I'm new to the area. He put me on Caduet 5mg/10mg once daily and clonidine 0.1mg twice daily. The Caduet was just for seven days, as it supposedly brings the BP down right away, as the clonidine takes longer. After the week, the dr. had me quit the Caduet and increase the clonidine to two 0.1mg tablets twice daily. I was scared to double the dosage, as the one tablet twice daily dose was making me extremely tired, and made me short of breath - hard to explain how that felt/feels. I wasn't sure how much was the Caduet or the clonidine, though. The first day I took the two clonidine tablets in the morning, I was okay for about an hour and a half, then got so dizzy I thought I was going to faint ...
