I mix neurotin ,,wellburtin, clonidine, tramadol, neurotins together can this kill me or is it dangerous? ## Dear D, does the same Dr prescribe u these medications? If so, he would know if there would b any interactions. If not, the pharmacy usually picks up on these things. If u want 2 b sure, call your Dr or pharmacy. They helped me many of times. ## @D, Based on my research, there are potentially unsafe drug interactions listed between all of your medications; especially the Wellbutrin and Tramadol, as they could increase your risk for seizures. Aside from Clonidine and Wellbutrin, which may lower your blood pressure when used together... the other drug combinations/interactions are said to cause impaired thinking or judgement as a possible side effect. Overall you may have nothing t...
Have been struggling to taper off Clonidine since mid Feb. Was on 0.2mg transdermal patch for 5 wks; switched to 0.1mg patch for 10 days. Had 5 withdrawal rebound attacks in that time, the first time when I stopped cold turkey, a couple times when the patch would lose its potency from peeling off, and then when I dropped from 0.2mg to 0.1mg. In each case, BP spiked between 160/95 to 180/100 and had anxiety, tremor tachycardia. I can always tell when my BP is elevated by the surge in anxiety and HR. Doc prescribed Verapamil 80mg TID to help manage the rebound which I soon after stopped, as it didn't help with the rebounds; later added Lisinopril 10mg to no avail, but am still on it. I now am trying to manage weaning off using Clonidine 0.025mg caps I had compounded and still reboundi...

How many Clonidine's of 0.01 mg could cause an overdose?? A friend of mine has taken more than prescribed and I would like to know if what she did take is safe or not. ## My mistake. It's clonidine 0.1 mg ## Without knowing how many they took, it's difficult to say. When it comes to overdosing, it can vary according to the medication taken, the person's overall health and their tolerance to the medication in question. In other words, someone with a very high tolerance that has taken something for years may not have any problems taking a very high dose of something, where a fraction of it may cause an overdose in someone that has not been on it very long or who is in questionable health. However, yes this one can be dangerous due to its mechanism of action, so if you'...
Do not take this medication for high blood pressure...sure it will work, in less than 3 days it dropped my bp to 90/55, i felt like i was going to die...and when you discontinue it you will rebound like crazy, heart rate will shoot through the roof, blood pressure will rise dramatically and the headaches and head pressure will be severe...I ended up in the emergency room twice trying to get off this medication and still can't get off it without having severe effects. Do a search for the study the nimh did on trying to get off this drug 30 years ago to see what it does to people. Please avoid this drug at any cost. ## Sorry about the problem you've had taking Clonidine. However, it is a very potent medication so yes it can drop your blood pressure dramatically, that's why it...

Are there contraindications when combining grapefruit with Clonidine 0.3 and Spironolactone? ## Based on my research neither of these medications list interactions with grapefruit, so you should be fine having the two together, unless otherwise stated by your doctor for some odd reason or another. SUFFERING FROM BLOODPRESSURE AND HEART TROUBLE ## Sir, I am having high blood pressure since 1996. Started with Nuril 2.5mg, the dose had to be incresed from time to time as the BP increased. Recently BP went as high as 170 / 115. Now I am taking Arkamin(Clonidine 100 mg) thrice + Tide 10(Torsemide) once+Tozaar R 5 twice + Amlopress AT once a day, yet the BP varies between 120 / 80 and 150 /90. I play tennis almost regularly and it may be a coincidence or overexertion that my BP rises at night when I have tough games in evening. Is my heavy medication likely to damage some organs in the body? How the BP can be controlled in my case? Warm regards R G Soni ## What is the difference between Tozaar H & Tozaar R-5. How long Peritol 4mg can be taken safely. ## I am having amlopress AT tab...
