Clonidine And Spironolactone Combined With Grapefruit?
UpdatedAre there contraindications when combining grapefruit with Clonidine 0.3 and Spironolactone?

Based on my research neither of these medications list interactions with grapefruit, so you should be fine having the two together, unless otherwise stated by your doctor for some odd reason or another.
Both medications however, do list interactions with alcohol. So as long as you stay away from that, all other food and beverages appear to be fair game. :)
