Wondering about the side effects on children for use of clonidine treating ADHD?

To my understanding, Clonidine's side effects aren't necessarily age dependent; but there aren't any studies proving otherwise either...

Side effects of Clonidine may include:

dry mouth
tiredness
weakness
headache
nervousness
decreased sexual ability
nausea
vomiting
constipation
rash anywhere on the body
hives
swelling of the face, throat, tongue, lips, eyes, hands, feet, ankles, or lower legs
difficulty swallowing or breathing
hoarseness
