Clonazepam is a Benzodiazepine and these are actually the problematic medications for urine tests, because they can be detectable for as long as 6 weeks, after your last use.
However, if you have a prescription for it, there is no need to worry, you just have to make sure you inform them of this, when you go in for testing.
