CAN I STOP TAKING M2TONE TABLET ONCE I GET MY PERIODS AFTER ONE MONTH? ## I was put on m2 tone two weeks ago and just found out am pregnant. Can I continue the medication or she I stop. about a million and one different things from zits to toothaches to STD. It can be used for a host of things. Maybe if you tell us how or why you have it, or did you just find some and cross your fingers it was something "good"? I have read every question and reply on this forum and not one time does it mention how long it takes for this particular antibiotic to leave your system. I took three 150mg doses yesterday. Can Clindamycin also be used for an abscessed tooth? I was given this for a staph infection and then my antibiotic had to be changed so i have some left. Been on clindamycin since Saturday evening and this is Thursday night for an abscessed tooth. It went down for a day and now has a new abscess on my gums. My new job as housekeeper at local hotel consist of me coming into contact with cleaning chemicals that causes my eczema prone sensitive skin to flare up worse than it ever has before. I shouldn't scratch but I unknowingly end up scratching my skin till it bleeds or gets infected . A spot on left ring finger had done just that . swelling up so much I couldn't close my hand. I have a blue capsule with G & W 5256. I finished a course of Augmentin/Clav 825 two days ago and my infection was not gone so my dentist prescribed Clindamycin. Is it safe for me to start that now? I have to under go a pap smear test on Feb 4th, 2017. My gynecologist prescribed clindamycin and clotrimazole for me to take till Feb 3rd, 2017.
