Clindamycin Tooth Pain

Hi there im on clindamycin and im on day 2 300 mg 3 times day pain and swelling are still there from my absast tooth.

Hello, Alex! How are you? Has there been any change?

The general rule with antibiotics is that if they are working for you, you should start to see improvement after taking them for a full 3 days.

The FDA lists the typical side effects for this antibiotic as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
