Clindamycin For Cats And Dogs?

I need to know if my dog can take this pill? I can't afford to get her looked at but this pill sounds like it will help her infection. I just don't know if dogs can take this? Please let me know!

I have a liquid bottle of clindamycin for my dog. The bottle says it expired May of 2017. Is it safe to still use if I think she may be having a tooth infection?
