Clindamycin For Staph Infection

If you are currently taking Clindamycin for a staph infection, will you still continue to get small folliculitis bumps on your face, chest, neck and/or back? Or is that a sign that the antibiotic is not working a 100% and your doctor may need to switch you to something stronger to completely clear the infection?

How long have you been taking it?

In this case, it could take a few days for it to start to work to clear it up. But usually, you should start to see improvement after 3 full days of taking it.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

I'm on clindamycin for 3 days now and although the pain has subsided the abscess is still there. I have a 10 day Supply am i going to be ok. I funny want it to bust and die...
