Clindamycin is an antibiotic, as listed by MedlinePlus, it is used to treat bacterial infections, by itself,, it will not help alleviate nasal congestion. It may also cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, non-allergic skin rash, and headache.
If your congestion is due to an issue, such as a sinus infection, it will take several days of taking this, in order for you to start seeing some improvement.
How long have you been taking it? Are you on any other medications?
