Clindamycin And Augmentin

I finished a course of Augmentin/Clav 825 two days ago and my infection was not gone so my dentist prescribed Clindamycin. Is it safe for me to start that now? Thanks in advance.

Yes, it is best to follow their directions.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.

Has there been any change, yet? What is wrong with the tooth? Are you on any other medications?
