Clindamycin 300mg Nausea Extreme Fatigue

My new job as housekeeper at local hotel consist of me coming into contact with cleaning chemicals that causes my eczema prone sensitive skin to flare up worse than it ever has before. I shouldn't scratch but I unknowingly end up scratching my skin till it bleeds or gets infected . A spot on left ring finger had done just that . swelling up so much I couldn't close my hand. Eventually 4 days later when it became unbareable I drove to the er where i was admitted for 2 days and put on iv antibiotics as the Drs were trying to prevent surgery from being an option. I was released with a prescription of clindamycin 300 mgs to take 2 capsules every 8 hours until all 60 capsules are gone. My issue with all this is my stomach feels like it has huge rock in it and I've been nauseous for 4 days now. Is this normal? I also feel as if i get tired/ winded way too easily. Is there a trick to get past this I finish my antibiotics?

Yes, those can be normal side effects, according to FDA reports, you may also experience dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.

Have you made sure to take it with food? That can often help mitigate the side effects.

How much longer will you be taking it?

Thank you. That helped me stop worrying. I appreciate that . I only have to take it 2 more days. I had 60 pills . I think that's the largest amount of any prescription I've ever had.
