The package insert states that the shelf life of Clindamycin is 3 years. My reference for this is in the link below (at the bottom of the page):

Based on my research there are no drug interactions found between Clindamycin and Prednisone. This does not necessarily mean no interactions exist, but my sources state that every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided is accurate.
