Clear Purple Capsule With White Beads From Mexico

I am trying to figure out what diet pill I was prescribed in TJ, Mexico. It was a clear purple capsule with white beads inside and I believe it was unlabeled on the outside, but if there were a label it would be small with white lettering. Sound familiar to anyone out there?
