Clear Capsule With Clear Blue Band

Has blue clear band around middle and has markings ALVA and inside are blue and white and yellow beads

This sounds like it may be Alva's product called Diurex, which is an over the counter product used to remove excess fluid from the body.

Diuretic details here.

They use that marking on all of their products though, so I am not certain that's what it is.

They actually have two different version of their Diurex, one that uses caffeine and one that doesn't, though I can't find specific details on what it does use.
