Lorazepam is a Benzodiazepine and they are detectable in saliva tests for approximately 3 days, after last dosing.
There is no way, however, to give a precise time frame, because it will always vary from person to person, depending on your individual metabolism, overall health, activity levels and etc.

If you have a prescription for it, you simply need to inform them of it, when you go in for testing.
