Im have been taking clavamel forte 500mg/125mg twice daily for the last few days. Yesterday I was playing sports and noticed my hamstrings were extremely tight. I eventually had to stop after 10 minutes. Would this be an effect of clavamel?

Hi, Robbie! Sorry about the problem you've been having.
In some rare cases an antibiotic can cause tendon problems and you should contact your doctor immediately to have this checked out. It just isn't something you want to risk, having a tendon rupture or suffer permanent damage could cause many problems down the road.
